💰 Tryout Fee & Refund Policy

$100 Tryout Processing Fee

• Includes a tryout T-shirt (no exceptions)

Fee Breakdown:

• If you receive an offer and accept, $60 will be credited toward your season membership fee
• If you receive an offer and decline, no refund will be issued
• If you do not receive an offer, $60 will be refunded

👧 2026 Youth Girls’ Season Overview

Season Duration:

• March – Early September 2026

Practice Structure:

• Early season practices primarily indoors on Saturday afternoons
• Gradual transition to outdoor practices as weather permits
• Majority of tournaments held outdoors between June and September

The team will aim to participate in at least three tournaments, including select out-of-state events. Tournament participation is tentative until registrations are confirmed. Schedules will be updated regularly.

⚠️ NY Mini Mini and NY Mini are hosted by NY Strangers. Players are expected to assist with tournament setup and breakdown.

Saturdays (March – June):

Sundays (April/May – September):

Gym availability may change due to holidays or school events. When necessary, alternate team meetings or activities will be scheduled. A season calendar will be posted and updated regularly.

💰 Season Fee & What’s Included

Season Fee: $350

Includes:

• Tournament entry fees
• Uniform
• Gym rental & equipment use
• One volleyball per player (to be returned at the end of the season)

🎉 Returning Player Discount:

• $100 off if using last year’s uniform

🚫 Travel and lodging for overnight tournaments are not included.
