Over Labor Day Weekend The New York Strangers Sports Organization hosted their annual NYMini Tournament, a community headliner that brought together Chinatowns of the East Coast. After a year and a half of isolation, the New York Strangers welcomed players, coaches, and family back to New York Chinatown. In support of the New York Chinatown Community, the New York Strangers Sports Organization, sold long sleeve shirts to raise awareness to the AAPI community and fundraise for local organizations who also support the community in a variety of ways. (Shout out to local designers Vivian Htam and Samantha Yu!)
We would like to thank everyone who supported our fundraiser during the NYMini. With all your support we were able to donate over $2600 to Meals for Unity, Inc, the Chinese American Heritage Foundation, and Love XYZ Inc..
