Organizational Rules:
• USAV rules apply with these exceptions:

1. Unlimited substitutions
2. Teams do not need to have uniforms or numbers
3. Libero should be distinguished in some ways (please let the working team know)
4. The new NET rule does NOT apply for this tournament
5. 1 Non-Asian is allowed on the court at any time.
